I just want you to know that somebody loves you. When I was a teenager and into my early 20s, I didn’t want to be on this planet anymore. If I had ended my life all those years ago, I wouldn’t have gotten my soul dog. I wouldn’t have known my niece who is more like a daughter to me than anything.
I wouldn’t have met my now husband who helps keep me going. I would’ve missed out on so many books, songs, movies, people that have made my life so full and worth living.
Your life matters. YOU matter. Your new favorite song or favorite book or favorite movie might not have been created yet. You might still have so many people you need to meet who will add so much meaning and love to your life.
The world needs your words, your art, your story, YOU. Please know that you are so loved, even by this stranger on the internet. You are loved and you are strong and you deserve to take up space in this world. You are NOT a burden. You belong here. Keep pushing through.
