Dear stranger,
If you only read on thing. Read this. Stay.
Stay long enough to see one small good thing. The world is better with you in it. Please read if you are struggling. I’ve been where you might be. But this isn’t about me, all I mean to say is that, you are not alone and there are people out there like you and me who have gotten better. It doesn’t magically fix itself, but small actions really do matter. You’re not weak for feeling like nothing will get better.
You are stronger than you think, stronger than the thoughts telling you nothing will change. Please if you are in crisis, call a support service, family or a friend. It will get better, you don’t have to believe it will get better tomorrow but believe it will get 1% brighter tomorrow.
Even if your mind is loud right now, it is not always right. Give yourself the chance to prove it wrong. Think about a time you were sure you failed something like a test you thought you bombed and it turned out differently than you expected. Our thoughts can feel certain, but they aren’t always facts.
You can get better. I am believe in you.
