In this moment know that you are loved, you matter and you are important. It may be hard to see through the dark and your pain may feel unbearable but just breathe. You are not alone and you do not have to go through this on your own. There are people in your life who care about you more than you know and more than they can probably express in words.
Focus on one thing at a time. Name 5 things you can touch, 4 things you and see, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you and smell and 1 thing you can taste. Remember, you are loved and this will pass with time. Find a safe space and breathe.
