Dear whoever reads this,
I know I’m just a stranger on the internet, but you matter. You are special, you are loved, you are valued, and you are enough. I know it can feel so overwhelming sometimes, but I promise you it will get better. You are worthy of love.
You are more than enough. You have such a beautiful soul that the world needs to see. You have so many stories that are unwritten right now that could help so many people in a similar place. I know sometimes it feels like there’s nothing to stay for, but there is.
Stay. If not for someone else, stay for yourself. You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it. It will be hard. It will be painful. It will take strength. But it will be worth it, I promise. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how far away it may seem.
Don’t give up, don’t lose hope. It may feel like there’s nothing left to live for, but there is. Think about the beauty in the sunrise and the sunset everyday and how much you would miss seeing that. Think about every new book in your favorite series that you’d never get to read, every new movie you’d never get to see.
Think of all the new friends you’d never get to meet, all the new places you’d never get to go. Think of your pets and how they wouldn’t know what happened if you didn’t come home one day. And think of how many lives your story could change and how many hearts it could touch.
Please stay. Keep on being strong. Keep holding on. Be the person you wished you had at your darkest time and be there for another person who may be struggling.
Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help. That doesn’t make you weak, it makes you brave. Just know that you are so beautiful. You are loved. You are cherished. You matter, and you are enough. Always.
